We offer free shipping within the United States of America. If you live outside the USA and you wish to order, please contact us first, and we will provide you with an invoice that includes shipping charges. All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail at our discretion.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a replacement product or a refund. Replacements are shipped within two business days of a return, and if a refund is requested, it will be issued within seven days.
You must contact us before returning an item to receive a refund.
Also, the item must be returned to us in good condition. We will not accept the return of any item that has been dropped, smashed, broken, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
